Regional Banking Sales Manager, West Region

The Regional Banking Sales Manager is an experienced and client-centric relationship builder with front-to-back knowledge of banking and lending products. This leader will manage a high-performing team of Wealth Management Bankers who play an essential role in connecting Banking and Lending products and services to Financial Advisors and their clients. This leader will build and maintain relationships with Field Leaders and Financial Advisors and will support their team in finding solutions for the sophisticated banking and lending needs of our clients.
Key competencies and responsibilities include:
• Work with senior leadership and the other Regional Sales Managers to help set strategy and goals for sales team.
• Enable a sales team to execute on UBS Bank USA’s sales strategy with the KPIs around growing client penetration across key Banking and Lending businesses (deposits, securities-backed lending, tailored lending, mortgage, and cash management).
• Coach sales team to meet collective and individual goals, share best practices and connect team with the right resources including client opportunities, sales materials, and product or sales education.
• Hold sales team accountable to meeting KPIs and develop market or banker-specific plans to support individual and business growth.
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with Field Leaderships including the WM Regional Director and their teams, Market Executives, Market Directors and their Administrative and Operational teams.
• Represent Banking sales in National, Regional or Market-level meetings.
• Represent Banking as a key member of the Pod structure in place in the Field and act as point for Banking issues raised there.
• Represent Banking overall as a liaison with Field Councils, including the Financial Advisor Advisory Committee (FAAC), the Leadership Advisory Council (LAC), and the Team Associate Advisory Committee (TAAC).
• Support time sensitive client requests and escalations.
• Ensure adherence with required licensing, compliance and legal regulations and management of T&E budgets.

• San Francisco, Los Angeles: the salary range for this role is $225000 to $275000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
