About the Role

Ensure the business achievement in the Bancassurance distribution channel meet with company expectation.

Achieve sales performance target that includes:Creating sales strategy & making a business/action plan as well as reviewing the strategy & business/action plan achievement.Socializing sales target to all Area Business Manager & Bancassurance Consultant.Evaluating & reviewing performance of Area Business Manager & Bancassurance Consultant. Periodically.Monitoring & controlling sales activity of all team sales to ensure that all sales team do as direct by company.Being a coach & consultant for all leaders (ABM & BC) regarding with sales improvement issue (such as marketing tools issue, sales event or project issue, etc)Monitoring key driver team to achieve target ANP and VONB.

Achieve Manpower performance target that includes:Ensure the recruitment process has done on place timely.Responsibility with Business Development (BDM)Ensure that the Manpower Quality meet with company expectation.Making a plan for Manpower continuous improvement for all team members including staff & leader level and make sure that the plan has done on place timely.Being a coach & consultant for all leaders (ABM & BC) regarding with manpower improvement issue (such as recruiting issue, development issue, competency improvement issue, etc).

Creating a synergy & good relationship with Bank Partner PIC especially with bank partner high level management.

Job Requirements:

Min S1/S2 – Economics/Management or related major.Have a minimum 3 years' experience on managerial level in the insurance industries or related area (banking or finance).Able to work under pressure & tight deadline.Good Communication skills & managing expectation of the various Users and also responding to various inquiries.Proficient in computer operation (Microsoft-based office Applications), spreadsheet and presentation software.Articulate, communicates concisely and fluently in both English and Indonesian at all media.
