The Regional Asset Protection Business Partner is responsible for leading and executing Asset Protection strategies within their assigned US Foods region. This role requires deep expertise in asset protection, CCTV deployment, and investigative techniques, along with strong analytical skills essential for supporting business operations and reducing risk.This position is segmented as Region Remote meaning one must travel to multiple sites as needed and live within the assigned Region or a bordering state of the physical location.
Responsibilities:
Conducts, supports, and coordinates a wide range of investigations in collaboration with Corporate Security and internal/external resources.
Leads and manages change through effective planning, communication, and coaching of cross-functional field leadership.
Prepares and delivers monthly, semi-annual, and annual security threat and risk briefings for business and risk leadership teams.
Educates and trains business partners on programs and best practices for safeguarding inventory, cash, equipment, employees, and other company assets. Provides feedback to the Senior Director of Asset Protection on training needs and gaps in existing awareness programs.
Partners with the Senior Director of Asset Protection to develop and execute asset protection strategies for facilities and the supply chain, focused on preventing and detecting internal and external theft.
Supports the development and execution of operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Serves as a subject matter expert on asset protection standards and disciplines, driving the successful execution of all asset protection initiatives.

Internal: Region President, Area President, Regional Functional leaders, Area HR, HR Functional teams, Legal, Communications, Operations Leadership, Commercial Leadership teams.
External: Government agencies, external legal counsel, professional Asset Protection organizations.
Work Environment
Remote Region Based: The associate in this role is expected to travel to multiple sites within their assigned Region as needed and therefore must be located within the assigned Region or a bordering state to perform assigned responsibilities.
Inside office environment, warehouse environment, domiciles
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Must possess a minimum of 7 years of Asset Protection experience, with increasing levels of responsibility, including support for senior level business
Demonstrated ability to build relationships at senior levels as well as deeper into the organization
50% - 75% travel as required
Certifications/Training:
Wicklander-Zulawski Interviewing certification - preferred
LP Qualified/LP Certified certification - preferred
Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required & motor vehicle record must be in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in process-based Asset Protection - preferred.
Experience in a labor-intensive industry that is highly dependent on employee and team performance - preferred.
Multi-site experience - preferred.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
