As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and foster long-term partnerships. **A typical day may involve:** + Lead and mentor a cohesive, high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes while transforming facility management services. + Collaborate with regional and global leaders to align strategies and expand service offerings, boosting market share and profitability. + Implement business strategies to cultivate profitable client relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and negotiate contracts for maximum value. + Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through regular engagement and tailored solutions. + Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. + Drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. **What you'll need:** + Master’s degree (MA, MS, or MBA) preferred, with leadership experience in manufacturing operations and facility management. + Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex reports and make impactful recommendations. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. + Proven track record in the hospitality industry is a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills. **What’s in it for you?** As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead transformative initiatives that shape the future of our industry while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.
