Summary: The Regional Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative and operational efficiency of regional site offices. Reporting directly to the Director, Residential Operations (DRO), the Regional Administrator coordinates various tasks, ensures smooth day-to-day operations, and promotes positive relations with residents and team members.

Data Collection & Analysis:
Analyze and interpret market data, consumer behaviour, and industry trends to inform strategic marketing decisions. Leverage analytics tools to extract actionable insights that support decision-making. Develop and recommend strategic marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize performance. Track trends in real estate, demographics, and economic factors impacting property management and development. Gather and assess data on market conditions, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies.Process Execution and Monitoring:
Oversee the execution of key operational processes, including performing regular audits to ensure the proper execution and maintenance of processes such as KPIs, scorecards, etc.Maintenance Requests, Non-Compliance, and Fire Life Safety:
Administer regulatory life safety and non-compliance issues. Coordinate and facilitate the timely resolution of maintenance requests in accordance with company policies. Monitor, track, and maintain health and safety compliance documentation.Operational Support and Training:
Assist in the rollout and implementation of operational initiatives and improvements. Provide administrative training to new and existing staff, including Building Representatives, Administrators, etc. Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.General Administrative Duties:
Draft resident correspondences and communications Generate reports including building and unit inspections Maintain accurate resident files, including contact information Foster positive resident relations and ensure customer service excellence Serve as the central point of contact between residents, Managers, and the Director Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the Director.Who you are:
Diploma in business administration, property management, or a related field 3+ years in an administrative or operational support role Ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, managers, and team members, ensuring exceptional service delivery Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear correspondences and engage effectively with diverse groups Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with property management software (Yardi preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
