The Regional Account Manager executes business to business sales, maintains relationships with current clients, and builds relationships with perspective clients. The Regional Account Manager is responsible for developing a strategic partnership with clients that aids in supporting business growth and new opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet or exceed designated sales targets for the assigned market; achieve or surpass territory sales goals, budgetary requirements, and productivity goalsPositively contribute to overall sales and revenue by successfully maintaining and growing key accountsDeliver superior customer service to local claims offices and staffDesign and conduct effective client presentations and training sessionsEstablish relationships with clients to distinguish Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations from the current provider and deliver tailored solutions professionally and effectivelyDevelop solid business relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory to enhance client retention and identify additional business opportunitiesAct as an entrepreneurial force in the marketplace, contributing to the growth and expansion of the businessStay actively involved in the insurance claims market by participating in associations, conferences, and other related organizationsQUALIFICATIONS:
Current valid driver’s licenseMust possess one or more of the following:College degree in a Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Marketing or Communications is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of outside sales or Workers Comp (WC)/Auto/Liability/Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance experiencePreferred minimum of two(2) years of experience in one or both of the following areas:Outside sales in a Business-to-Business environmentProperty and Casualty (P&C) / Workers Compensation (WC) Adjuster, Agent/Broker, or a Claims professional/manager/consultant with worker's comp or no-fault autoAbility to leverage social media and professional networks (i.e., LinkedIn) to prospect and follow up with consistencySelf-starter with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring thoroughness in all tasksStrong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as competence in Outlook 365Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlinesAttention to detail for precision and accuracy, coupled with effective organizational skillsAbility to learn and proficiently use all required electronic tools and proprietary softwarePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as an adjuster, broker, paralegal or other Industry service provider is highly preferred, but not required. Connections within the P&C Industry to enhance penetration within assigned marketSales and/or technical experience in insurance and investigations, with essential skills for servicing existing accounts and developing new clients in the regionBENEFITS:
