Regional Account Manager, North America

Job Summary

Are you a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in the flavors industry? Do you understand what it takes to develop a regional, category, and brand strategy that drives accelerated growth? If you have a proven track record of taking projects from initial brief to market-winning execution, you could be our next Regional Account Manager — or potentially a more senior title, depending on your background and experience. We welcome candidates from diverse professional paths including Commercial, Marketing, Flavor Design, and Category Leadership.

You will spend your time...Recommending and implementing comprehensive strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.Developing and nurturing strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.Gaining deep insights into customer ecosystems, including their strategies, brands, markets, and consumers.Monitoring industry trends and market movementsLeading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to launch.Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & QualificationsStrong preference for candidates with U.S. market and category experience.Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to lead and coordinate activities across internal teams and with clients.Deep knowledge of industry trends, companies, and technologies, with a passion for flavors.Confident, dynamic, and enthusiastic professional who builds trust through consistent delivery.Experience leading multicultural teams.Strong IT acumen and ability to leverage data to enhance strategic account planning and performance.Preferred experience working with multinational companies in a global team environment.
