As a Region Manager, you will spearhead all administrative, warehouse, and installation operations within your assigned territory. You'll lead a diverse team, including Operations Managers, Field Operations Supervisors, warehouse staff, and Installation Technicians. Your role is pivotal in reducing costs by ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining optimal staffing levels, fostering training and development, and maximizing asset utilization to achieve and surpass company goals.
