As a fluent speaker who understands their culture and behavior, you are well-positioned to guide the team in delivering culturally appropriate and thoughtful service. You build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across all resort departments. You supervise and ensure that the team follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and consistently demonstrates Regent Service Behaviors.
