**Position Summary**
As a **Regenerative Agriculture Co-Pilot - Cereals & Grains** , you will create, lead, and deploy the category Regen Ag 2030 strategy and roadmap. You will manage supplier segmentation, develop tools, and interface with internal stakeholders and partners. **A Day in the Life of a Regenerative Agriculture Co-Pilot - Cereals & Grains**
+ Centralize regenerative agriculture projects and build a pipeline for performance improvement over the next five years
+ Provide operational support for existing and developing regenerative agriculture projects
+ Link and master guidance and reporting tools related to regenerative agriculture and Net Zero
+ Perform benchmarking exercises against external regenerative agriculture standards
+ Upgrade climate projects to meet regenerative agriculture KPI reporting guidelines
+ Lead major projects and train teams for scaling up with strategic suppliers
+ Investigate collaborative financing opportunities for ingredients in strategic origins
+ Monitor project progress and report annual regenerative agriculture KPIs
**What will make you successful**
+ Confirmed expertise in regenerative/sustainable agriculture and climate science
+ Proven success in implementing multistakeholder projects or strategies in cereals and grains production
+ Strong stakeholder management skills, managing multiple global projects simultaneously
+ Proficient in Excel and PowerBI tools; theoretical and practical know-how in supplier management
+ Demonstrated ability to lead under operational pressure and influence outcomes
+ Excel in managing projects inside and outside your direct sphere of control
+ Show courage and emotional intelligence in responsible sourcing and operational excellence
+ Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
