Job Description

Regeneration Operator is responsible for the full process of the regeneration of mobile equipment.
The process involves unloading and reloading resins onto various types of mobile equipment.
Regeneration Operator will conduct quality control checks throughout the process to ensure optimal
performance. Regeneration Operator 1 is accountable for completing all necessary checklists and
documentation to ensure that the equipment operates as designed. This position requires attention to
detail in monitoring equipment functionality, calibrations, maintaining accurate records, and promptly
reporting any operational issues to our maintenance team, lead or supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities 

Responsible for maintaining and promoting a safe work environment and culture, submitting Great Catch Reports as part of EHS InitiativeOperating and monitoring regeneration equipment, handling resin unloading and loading processes, and maintaining proper equipment parameters during startups and shutdownsQuality control is a key focus, requiring regular checks of equipment specifications, resin quality, and process effectiveness, specifically testing pH, conductivity/resistivity, silica, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) using hand meters and other analytical instrumentsDiligent documentation of all operational activities and recording specifications and testing on Quality Control documents for ISO 9001 compliance, and reporting equipment issues by notifying Lead or Maintenance team of issuesStrong communication with supervisors and team members, updating shift production logs, and participating in meetingsContribution to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancementsAttend required safety and other training to stay current with industry standardsOffload hazardous chemicals or waste according to EHS protocolsOther duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Required:

HS Diploma, GED or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience in comparable manufacturing environments involving material handling1 year experience with lab testing/sampling techniques and analyticsBasic chemical handling experience

Preferred:

HS Chemistry knowledge highly desired1 year of experience in plumbing, pump or mechanical repairExperience in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentWarehouse safety and OSHA regulationsForklift certifiedYard Mule experience
