Principal Accountabilities

Assist with the maintenance of several aspects for the facility's industrial ammonia system, including exposure to water treatment chemical, with guidance or following established documentationParticipate in the preventative, predictive and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facilityKnow or learn various systems and applications, such as computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Process Safety Management, wastewater systems and operationsDocument completed work and the conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software, with general guidanceOperate forklifts and scissor lifts from designated locations with little variationInteract regularly with peers and management to support continuous improvement effortsUnderstand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderMust be able to work in the US without an humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 2025.Must be able to read/write EnglishMust have simple math skills, including fractions and algebraMust be able to pass a HAZMAT physical, which includes a pulmonary function exam, with sign off from Health ServicesFacility HAZMAT membership is requiredElectrical, HVAC, and refrigeration experience is required
