Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Refresh Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Seattle, WA and provide end-user support. **Duties and Responsibilities** **:** + Perform laptop refresh, primarily Window and MacBook based + Image and configure laptops for end-users + Ship equipment to end-users with return labels and old equipment will be returned to headquarters + Perform data backups and restorations using OneDrive + Wipe and reimage old equipment for donations + Assist shipping, imaging, and / or restoration teams if split **Skills and Qualifications** **:** + General understanding of PC and OS installations + Experience working with data + Experience following SOPs + Experience recording / documenting data in the system for records and client knowledge of process + Experience using Excel to track assets + Must be motivated and eager to learn + Must have great communication skills + Must be detail oriented **Wage Range** : The rate for this position is between **$18.00 - $27.00 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. **Benefits** **:** The Company offers a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 6 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits.
