Meet the Team

Cisco Refresh, a part of the Cisco Capital organization, supports partners and customers by offering certified, fully-warranted pre-owned equipment. As a member of the global Cisco Refresh team and our worldwide partner ecosystem, you will play a key role in providing added value, optimizing operating expenses, and helping to attract and retain customers through Cisco Refresh. The remanufactured equipment market is rapidly expanding, presenting significant new opportunities. You will collaborate with partners to design, create, and accelerate the sales of Cisco Refresh products.

By working within an inclusive, trustworthy, and successful team, you will contribute to establishing Cisco as the preferred leader in the remanufactured market through our partners in the EMEA region.

What You'll Do

As part of the Cisco Refresh team, you will establish direct relationships and leverage channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities within the EMEA region. Your

Responsibilities will include:

Engaging in all aspects of sales across various verticals, including marketing, prospecting, and cold-calling. Conducting account profiling, creating pipelines, blending products, and quoting. Collaborating with internal Cisco direct partners, distributors, and two-tier resellers. Managing post-sale activities to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Bringing new ideas to the Sales teams for business development and creating additional pipeline; executing strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas. This position requires a hunter mentality, focusing on driving new business models and building strategic relationships at senior levels, both internally and externally to Cisco.

Minimum Qualifications

Educated to a minimum degree level with an emphasis on business Minimum 5 years demonstrable technology sales experience, either through the direct sales or channel development sales

Preferred Qualifications:

Consistent achievement of sales quotas Ability to think out of the box Understand Cisco’s secondary market challenges and are eager to become a subject matter expert to support Cisco sales and partners to compete and win in all competitive situations. Attention to detail and diligent to high level responsibilities such as discount approvals, quote creation, legal contracts and inventory reservations. Outstanding presentation and communication skills
