Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Functional Business Analyst with a strong foundation in actuarial and financial domains, combined with hands-on experience in analytics, automation, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving data-driven solutions and process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.Develop and automate analytical workflows using Python and related tools.Support actuarial and financial modeling processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Leverage WTW Unify and Power Platform tools to streamline business operations.Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and technical deliverables.Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements in financial systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in business analysis within actuarial or financial domains.Strong understanding of actuarial concepts, financial reporting, and modeling.Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.Familiarity with WTW Unify and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills:Experience with insurance or financial services industry.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS 17, Solvency II).Exposure to analytics tools or scripting languages.
