Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Supervisor to lead, enhance, and manage our end-to-end recruitment processes and tools. This role is pivotal in building a high-performing talent acquisition function that supports our business growth and workforce/capacity planning needs for Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Vietnam recruitment team, including setting performance goals, designing efficient processes, and tracking key recruiting metrics.
Provide strategic and hands-on support to recruiters, offering expertise in technical and non-technical hiring.
Partner with site and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across all departments and levels.
Continuously improve recruitment tools, systems, and practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Plan universities/technical college outreach events fostering long- term relationships with institutions and student organizations.
Develop employer branding campaigns tailored to attract and engage targeted talent segments.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment.
Able to lead and optimize the performance of a small, agile recruiting team
Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and/or training will be considered.
Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment infrastructure (e.g., ATS, sourcing tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive process improvements.
Highly adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
