In KONE to support business performance excellence, KONE Shared Services has joined forces with Finance & HR operations to form the new KONE Business Services (KBS), a one-stop shop for all business services. KBS will help drive better efficiency, improve data quality, and provide seamless end-to-end process expertise. KBS will actively partner with the business lines and functions to provide end-to-end process governance and work toward joint targets with the business.
Why this role?
This role is focused on supporting blue-collar hiring, especially for technician-level and frontline positions in Singapore. You will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and building strong talent pipelines to fill critical operational roles. In addition to supporting engineer and manager-level searches when required, you'll contribute directly to workforce continuity and project delivery across Singapore and other Southeast Asia markets.
What will you be doing?
As a Recruitment Specialist focused on blue-collar hiring, you’ll play a key role in building a strong operational workforce in Singapore and supporting regional recruitment efforts. It will include leading sourcing and recruitment for technician and other blue-collar roles in Singapore.
Developing a robust local talent pipeline through proactive outreach, referrals, and community-based sourcing strategies.
Partnering closely with the Singapore HR and Talent Acquisition team to align hiring plans with business needs.
Screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates for high-volume operational positions.
Supporting regional hiring initiatives across ANZ and Southeast Asia when needed.
Organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events targeting frontline talent.
Conducting reference checks and managing parts of recruitment processes as required.
Track local market trends and workforce availability to inform proactive recruitment strategies.
Ensuring candidate selection aligns with KONE’s culture, safety standards, and commitment to operational excellence.
Are you the one?
We’re looking for someone who brings passion and precision to high-volume hiring. Ideally, you have:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar or high-volume environments.
Proven success in sourcing and hiring technicians and field-based roles, especially within the Singapore market.
Familiarity with community sourcing channels, job boards, and industry networks relevant to frontline hiring.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
Experience in RPO, staffing agencies, or shared services is a plus.
