Overview:
We are seeking a well-rounded Recruitment Specialist to join our APAC Recruitment Team. The focus of the role is on full life-cycle recruiting for business units in the Philippines and possible exposure to the bigger APAC region.

You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruitment strategy and manage expectations to be able to identify the best talent.
Develop sourcing strategies and tap into appropriate sourcing channels to be able to generate and build a deep candidate pool and attract viable candidates.
Properly screen candidates thru skill-based or competency-based interviews
Ensure a positive candidate experience from beginning to end including managing scheduling and logistics for all interviews between your candidates and hiring managers while owning full life cycle responsibilities.
Building deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics.
Research, recommend, and participate in industry relevant events, including campus recruiting and conferences/meet ups
Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall Recruitment process.
Work with the business and HR to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
Manage the offer process and discussions with successful candidates.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of full recruiting cycle experience preferably from Finance Services, Fintech, Banking or Tech industry. Experience in volume hiring is an advantage.
Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree in Psychology or other related discipline
Experience in stakeholder management including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
Familiar in using job boards, job search engines and HRIS
Good interviewing, communication, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills are a must.
Experience working with teams located in multiple cities and countries is nice to have.
High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook.
This role currently operates on a hybrid work schedule. Onsite presence may be required for training or onboarding, and the arrangement is subject to change as needed.
