Job DescriptionStarting in August, we are seeking a 360-Recruitment Relationship Manager for a 6-month fixed term contract to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiationBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutionsConduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessmentsUtilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficientlyProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processStay up-to-date with UK employment laws and industry trendsCollaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategiesMaintain accurate recruitment records and produce regular reports on key metricsRepresent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer brandQualificationsProven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition rolesStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidatesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in various sourcing techniques and channelsStrong networking skills and the ability to build a talent pipelineUnderstanding of various industry sectors and job marketsAbility to adapt to changing business needs and work independentlyAt AGS we operate a hybrid working policy – 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. Our UK AGS office locations are Bracknell, London and Birmingham with client site locations across the UK. If you’re lucky enough to be within a commutable distance of one of our AGS collaborative offices, this will be your allocated work home but you’ll still have the piece of mind to flex your working week accordingly. On occasion some of our job adverts will state an in-office/on-site need but rest assured you’ll be with a wonderful team to work, develop and grow.
