Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation, execution and maintenance of marketing communication materials for talent acquisition for all lines of business. Expectations: Ensures national marketing campaigns are executed in a timely manner, including approvals, distribution instructions, proofing, tracking, and adheres to stated budget. Directs, and collaborates with, external agencies. Responds and provides solutions to field marketing requests as requested. Administers content development, layout, and basic graphic design of national and local advertising and sales materials to ensure strategic adherence and brand appropriateness. Researches content and creates social media campaigns. Designs and/or monitors development of local advertising. Updates internal communication flyers (e.g. employee referral flyers). Provides data refreshes and messaging around GlassDoor and Indeed Reviews and Ratings. Researches ways to advertise for open positions to increase the top of funnel. Monitors planned projects and ensures completion within budget, milestone and deadline parameters.
