**Work Arrangement:** This is a hybrid position based in our Newtown Square, PA headquarters requiring 3 days a week onsite.
**Role Overview**
Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, the Recruitment Marketing and Attraction Manager is responsible for increasing candidate attraction to AmeriHealth Caritas through employer branding, recruitment marketing, strategic sourcing, and recruiting events. The role will lead the development and delivery of content across our platforms to enhance our employer brand and attract the right talent to the organization. The role will work closely with the recruitment leadership team to determine priority talent needs and form marketing and sourcing strategies to solve recruiting challenges. The Recruitment Marketing and Attraction Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, Communications, and Marketing to position AmeriHealth Caritas as a destination employer.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing strategies and sourcing campaigns/strategies, focusing on building employer brand awareness, increasing our talent leads, and nurturing key talent pipelines.
+ Collaborate with our marketing team on the creation of a compelling Employee Value Proposition in support of a strong employer brand.
+ Serve as a key system administrator of our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system, Phenom People, and maximize the impact of sourcing and marketing across the platform.
+ Develop and manage all careers site content and create new social and digital channels to increase brand awareness and attraction, creating compelling talent journeys across all touchpoints.
+ Create pipelines of key talent in partnership with the recruitment team, maintaining and nurturing pipelines through our CRM capabilities. Serve as a consultative partner on sourcing best practices, partnering with recruiters to help identify new sources to identify the right talent.
+ Create and maintain recruitment marketing, sourcing, and recruiting event toolkits to be leveraged by Talent Acquisition across a variety of roles and functions.
+ Lead internal marketing efforts to ensure visibility of open roles and opportunities to internal talent.
+ Regularly review data and metrics, using analytics to report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts and leveraging insights to optimize outcomes.
+ Maintain knowledge of external recruitment marketing best practices and labor market trends.

**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
+ 5 or more years of experience in content marketing or talent sourcing with strong experience in candidate/lead engagement and nurturing is required.
+ 2 or more years of experience in a recruitment marketing role is strongly preferred.

**Other Skills**
+ Strong understanding of marketing and branding best practices, including strategies for paid and organic social media, job board presence, digital advertising, candidate communications, recruiting events, and website management is required.
+ Experience with content design and development including the use of Adobe, Canva, and other tools is required.
+ Experience with using Candidate Relationship Management systems is required; Phenom People experience is preferred.
+ Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is strongly preferred.;
