About the Team

You’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team that thrives on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and creating a positive impact. You’ll work closely with a group of experienced professionals passionate about recruitment and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. Together, the team drives forward-looking strategies, and you’ll be integral in shaping our success in attracting the best talent across Southeast Asia.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and multilingual Recruitment Executive to support and enhance our recruitment processes. This role involves end-to-end recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and managing a variety of administrative matters to ensure an efficient, seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer process management.

Evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes using critical thinking and logical assessment techniques.

Manage interview logistics by coordinating schedules between candidates and interviewers, implementing online assessments and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, building positive relationships and good candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Prepare and present recruiting updates and analytical reports to Talent Acquisition leaders.

Ensure accurate and timely management of recruitment through systems such as Workday ATS (preferred).

Requirements

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in recruitment are welcome to apply.Hands-on experience (through internships or prior roles) managing recruitment coordination processes, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview scheduling, is an advantage.Fluent in English and at least two other Asian languages, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders across the region.Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a candidate-focused, service-oriented mindset.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptableExperience with Workday ATS or other applicant tracking systems is preferred but not essential.The role will be under fixed-term 6-12 months contract.
