As the **Recruitment Coordinator** you will:
+ Create and manage requisitions and applicants through our applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
+ Screen all applications/resumes and forward to hiring managers for review
+ Conduct comprehensive phone-screens
+ Schedule interviews with program management
+ Attend job fairs and other recruiting opportunities
***This is an entry-level recruitment position.**
**Salary Range:** **$20.25 / hr - $23.63 / hr**
**Working Hours:** 8:30am – 4:30pm
**Work Location:** This position is hybrid and will split time at home/office/programs/events. **Must be located within the Central Florida area due to Devereux program locations.**

**Qualifications**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Minimum one (1) year high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, human services and/or non-profit setting **_strongly preferred_** .
+ Proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates **_preferred_** .
**Other Requirements:**
+ Valid Driver's License
