Recruitment Coordinator

Provide comprehensive coordination support to a team of recruiters, including scheduling and coordinating in-person, phone, and video interviews across global time zones. Serve as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process. Compile and manage interview feedback and briefing documents with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain data integrity and ensure timely updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and branding standards. Collaborate with recruiters to prepare offer proposals, secure necessary approvals, and generate offer documentation. Conduct pre-offer compliance checks to ensure all regulatory and internal requirements are met. Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and executive assistants. Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as needed.


Who you are:

1–5 years of experience in a Recruitment Coordination role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment. Experience with Workday as an applicant tracking systems Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with speed and accuracy. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and prioritize effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across multiple time zones. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
