Recruitment Office – Schulich School of Music 

Position Summary:

The Student Recruitment Office at the Schulich School of Music is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Recruitment Communications Ambassador. This role focuses on preparing promotional materials and serving as a student ambassador during outreach events. While this ambassador's position has a distinct focus (graphic design), all ambassadors are part of a unified team. You will work closely with one another, attend team meetings, contribute to group brainstorming sessions, and support each other’s efforts during major recruitment events. A collaborative mindset is essential. 


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

Experience with Canva design software.

Ability to create visually compelling promotional materials aligned with Schulich’s branding.

Strong proofreading skills and a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable taking on different roles within the team and adjusting to changing priorities.

Passionate about the Schulich School of Music and eager to share your experience with prospective students.

Ability to represent the school positively and respectfully in various settings, including virtual and in-person events.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Currently enrolled in the Schulich School of Music.
