\nWhy does this role exist

\nWe're seeking an experienced Recruitment Associate to join our team, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and matching qualified Virtual Assistants with client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong interviewing skills, excellent client communication, and the ability to understand and fulfill specific client requirements. 

Key ResponsibilitiesThe impact you’ll make: \nScreening\nScreens potential candidates \nReviews resumes and chooses the ones that closely match the available job descriptions and qualifications.\n\n\nScheduling and Calls\nSchedules and conducts interviews with potential assistants according to client qualifications \nConducts Mock Calls and Script Readings with assistants depending on the client’s needs \n\n\nCoachingCoaches applicants on areas of improvement and re-record mock calls and script reading, if necessary. \n\nEndorsement \nEndorses Qualified applicants to the VIP team \nHits weekly KPIs for candidate endorsements\n\n\nSupport and CoordinationAssists with other recruiting processes from start to finish; while he/she coordinates with other departments regarding any client needs that are not addressed by our current hiring funnels.\n\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseCore Requirements\n0 - 1 year of recruitment experience, with emphasis on high-volume/BPO hiring\nProven track record in candidate profiling and matching\nBachelor's degree in any field\n\n
