Position: Recruitment Assistant

Based: Łódź, Poland

6 month fixed-term contract

 

Reporting to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Ensuring that open positions are posted on internal and external career sites, job boards and social media through to the McCormick careers portal. Managing the interview booking process and coordinates logistics like: booking meeting rooms and scheduling interviews with both hiring managers and candidates. Ensuring maintenance of candidate database, uploading of candidate details/CV to the database. Responding to incoming telephone enquiries from clients and candidates and offering support (where able) in the absence of Talent Acquisition members. Managing the speculative application process. Supporting TA Business Partners in partnering with hiring managers through recruitment process, as needed, from alignment meeting through candidate sourcing and screening to offer stage. Initiate and build relationships through the process as well as directly source candidates through various channels.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 

University graduate preferred. Experience in recruitment or in administrative support / client support would be a plus. MS Office knowledge. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to timely respond to customer inquiries with favourable resolutions. Willingness to take ownership of given tasks. Adaptable individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge. Collaborative team player. Fluent English required. French would be a distinct advantage.
