We are seeking a dynamic professional who excels at building meaningful connections with clients and their families, caregivers, and referral partners. In this pivotal role, you’ll represent our brand: the first person caregivers meet, and the first voice clients hear. Ideal candidates will bring experience in recruiting or staffing within the home care field, or a background in social work.
 

What You’ll Do

Recruit, interview, and onboard top-tier caregivers—hitting weekly hiring goals. Monitor credentials, background checks, and training to keep our team 100% compliant. Build rock-solid schedules in our care management system, expertly matching caregivers to clients and keeping every shift covered. Conduct intake calls with prospective clients to gather care needs, provide service information, and support smooth onboarding into our care program. Act as the friendly first call for caregivers and clients—solving problems with empathy and urgency. Monitor key metrics and suggest improvements to the recruiting and scheduling processes. Represent Assisting Hands at job fairs, CNA schools, and community events.   What You’ll Bring

2+ years recruiting or staffing experience in home care / home-health OR CNA background plus interviewing experience. Ninja-level multitasking, phone charisma, and attention to detail. Knowledge of applicant tracking system (ATS) & scheduling software is a plus. Passion for seniors, caregivers, and family-centric values. Ability to commute to our Manassas office and pass required screenings. Bonus points for Spanish fluency, HR certification, or Virginia CNA license.   Why Join Us?
