Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Pay rate: £13 per hour
Location: Central Bristol
Start: ASAP
Duration: 8-weeks with potential of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

This position is perfect for an organised, people-focused individual who thrives on supporting hiring processes and managing high volumes of candidate communications. You will handle applications, onboarding, and candidate queries via phone and email, ensuring a smooth recruitment process as part of a busy and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:Promptly respond to and acknowledge all candidate and client queries.Coordinate recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening applications, and arranging interviews.Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.Track recruitment progress and ensure all positions are filled within agreed timescales.Successfully onboard new hires, carrying out relevant document checksStay up to date and adhere to GDPR guidelinesMaintain accurate and organised records of all recruitment activitiesRequirements:Proven experience in recruitment administration or a similar office-based coordination role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.Team-oriented, with excellent relationship-building skills across different stakeholders.
