Support the recruiting processes end to end (from sourcing to onboarding) for the Bogotá Hubs population, including SENA, Interns, Fresh out and Experienced professionals. 2. Perform and do the proper follow up of the SENA Recruits for the Bogotá Hubs to guarantee the compliance of the sena Quota. 3. Keep up to date the recruiting trackers and data. 4. Participate and coordinate the Talent attraction activities with the team, including university careers fairs, engagements and visits. 5. Support training for the stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. 6. Advise and perform improvements in the 7. Talent acquisition processes. 8. Carry out Employer branding initiatives for the Bogota hubs. 9. Participate in the training of new joiners of the recruiting team.
