Position Overview:


The Recruiting Specialist will focus on high-volume recruiting for our non-exempt Valet Attendant positions. This role is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring someone who is highly organized, motivated, and able to engage with a large number of candidates. In addition to recruiting, you may be asked to support our field operations or assist management with other projects as needed.

 

This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in building a career in Human Resources. You’ll gain hands-on recruiting experience while working closely with both HR and operations leaders—making this a perfect way to get your foot in the door.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume Valet Attendant positions using multiple channels (online job boards, social media, referrals, and in-person recruiting).Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from posting positions to extending offers and onboarding new hires.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws.Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events.Support onboarding processes, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and initial training coordination.Collaborate with field operations to understand staffing challenges and provide recruiting support as needed.Occasionally work on-site as a Valet Attendant to gain operational insight, support peak demand periods, or cover staffing shortages.Assist management with special projects, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned to support the overall HR and operations team.Continuously suggest improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous recruiting or HR related experience preferred, but not required.Strong communication and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.A team player with a proactive mindset.Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed.
