Key Responsibilities:
+ Recruitment Expertise: Leverage your prior consulting or recruiting experience to identify, recruit, and place highly skilled finance and accounting professionals with our valued clients.
+ Relationship Development: Build and manage long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a tailored recruiting solution.
+ Business Development: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and grow Robert Half's market presence through outreach and client engagement.
+ Candidate Matching: Assess talent using Robert Half's proven methodology to ensure a perfect client-candidate fit.
+ Recruiting Best Practices: Stay updated on market trends, utilizing Robert Half’s tools and resources, such as Powerful Word Tracks (PWT) or Professional Education Programs (PEP), to refine and execute successful recruiting strategies.
+ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across diverse Practice Groups (PRAC) to meet client needs.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or consulting (preferred but not mandatory).
+ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Familiarity with the finance and accounting sector is a plus.
+ Proactive problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
