Recruiting Manager
Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead strategic hiring initiatives for a corporate environment. This is a long-term contract position based in Carson, California, offering an opportunity to oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and collaborate with leadership to attract top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, executive recruitment, and implementing effective hiring strategies. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Develop and execute effective corporate recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled talent. • Partner with executives and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. • Leverage sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage potential candidates for various roles. • Conduct executive recruitment to fill senior leadership positions with exceptional candidates. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards throughout the recruitment process. • Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency. • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and industry networks. • Provide guidance and mentorship to early-career recruiters to foster team development. • Implement innovative recruitment practices to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment. • Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools to identify high-quality candidates. • Strong background in executive-level recruitment and talent acquisition. • Familiarity with HR policies and regulatory compliance in hiring processes. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership and candidates. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
