What You'll Do

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the recruiting function. This role will lead efforts across all stages of talent acquisition—including campus, lateral, and experienced hiring—while ensuring alignment with business goals and talent priorities. The Recruiting Manager will also play a key role in driving the successful integration of lateral hires into the organization.

 

Principal duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Lead the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities, including domestic and international campus recruiting as well as lateral hiringDrive bi-annual intensive recruiting cycles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience Develop and implement best practices to streamline recruitment processes, ensuring legal and corporate complianceAnalyze and track recruitment metrics and reports to help drive top performance in all processes and strategiesMonitor and analyze the competitive environmentOversee and manage recruiting budgetEngage in close collaboration with leaders from Digital, PIPE (M&A), and Operations Practice Areas to support targeted recruiting initiativesPartner closely with global and regional ABM counterparts on digital team hiring (e.g., Digital General Consultants, BCG X), including discussions on hiring level, compensation, and tenure creditLead recruiting marketing activities of Korea office, including recruitment info sessions in Korea and USImplement global/regional recruiting initiatives including global recruiting branding and Operations excellence initiativesManage the lateral hire integration program for Korea officeEnsure successful onboarding and integration of lateral hires into BCG

What You'll Bring

Native Korean speakerBachelor’s degreeMinimum 12 years’ working experiences in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment or global companiesBroad recruitment experience covering all levels of hiresTeam management experienceFluent in English (verbal and written)Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, persistence, and collaborationAbility to build rapport, trust, and collaborative working relationship across the organizationAbility to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environmentProven success in working effectively with ambiguity and fluctuating priorities and constraintsHigh level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of informationStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and cloud-based collaboration tools
