The Talent Acquisition for Ford of Mexico, will lead and execute a comprehensive talant acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent, driving business success and positioning Ford as an employer of choice.  

You'll have... 

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a formal people management role leading full-cycle recruiters.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience.Strong understanding of Mexican employment laws and regulations.Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor on all talent-related matters.

Even better, you may have... 

Experience leading recruiting functions within a large, multinational, or in-house corporate environment.Demonstrated success in thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing or transforming business environment.Experience with process improvement methodologies and a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent.

What you’ll be able to do:

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of full-cycle recruiters. Foster their professional growth and ensure they have the skills and resources to meet current and future hiring demands.

Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a key talent advisor, working in lockstep with senior leaders and HR Business Partners. Drive planning sessions to align on talent needs, co-create effective sourcing strategies, and ensure recruiting efforts directly support the organization's headcount and business goals.

Process Excellence & Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in all talent acquisition processes. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to reduce time-to-fill, enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, and increase overall productivity.

Data-Driven Management: Utilize recruiting data and metrics to measure team performance, report on progress to leadership, and inform strategic decisions.

Hands-On Recruiting Support: Manage a small number of active requisitions as needed to support the business and stay current with market trends.
