Within the department, we have five different portfolios each responsible for supporting our business teams and branch offices. As a Recruiter, you will use your experience and knowledge to help our Core Portfolio (Infrastructure) to source and hire top technical candidates to fill a variety of roles as well as assist in their on-boarding experience. This role requires you to be a highly collaborative full-cycle recruiter and deeply committed to providing a great candidate and stakeholder experience.
JOB DUTIES:
Collaborate and partner closely with hiring teams to understand their headcount needs and develop recruitment strategiesEstablish sourcing strategies and procedures to attract talent through various channelsSupport and promote programs such as employee referrals and university recruitingAssist hiring managers with creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing job advertisingAdvise hiring managers and stakeholders on procedures, SLAs, processes, policies, and best practices throughout the recruiting processManage full life-cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, resume review, interview setup, feedback, offer process, and onboardingEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsProvide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring and on-boarding processMaintain the integrity of and be the knowledge expert for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Participate in process improvement efforts to ensure our recruiting and onboarding processes are exceptional for candidates and hiring teamsCreate and provide reporting to Leadership on recruiting activity, metrics, and forecasted hiringStay well-informed of recruiting trends and best practicesPartner with IS-Recruiting to assess, advocate, and develop projects to support talent acquisition strategyPartner with team managers on on-boarding documentation and consistencyParticipate in additional tasks, projects, and special assignments as neededThis position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

2+ years of corporate recruiting experienceDemonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or professional services environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated experience recruiting for a variety of technical rolesExperience working with recruiting agencies and industry recruiting toolsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsComfortable interfacing and collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholdersStrong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountabilityAbility to deliver results while meeting deadlinesOrganized, detail-oriented, and ability to effectively prioritizeDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft OfficeDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Additional InformationExpected base salary: $78,000 to $165,000
