+ Position: Recruiting and Event Executive (Contract Role)

+ Type: 100% ONSITE
+ Hourly Pay: $30 - $31/per hour
Job Description:
Assists recruiters hiring managers and candidates during the recruiting cycle.
Schedule interviews facilitate offer letter creation assist candidates during pre-employment screening ensure completion of pre-screening process complete I-9 process.
Skills:
Proficiency in Zoom - Manage upfront logistics for virtual events; facilitate virtual info sessions and interviews on zoom on a regular basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Create and update a project plan to ensure all aspects of event preparation are covered; track against key deliverables.
+ Manage upfront logistics for virtual events; host virtual info sessions and interviews on zoom on a regular basis.
+ Book rooms / AV services; order catering, marketing materials; leverage events system to send invites and manage RSVPs.
+ Plan and execute summer program events in multiple locations, including: week one orientation, networking events, senior speaker series, etc.
+ Manage candidate travel and expense reimbursement; answer ad-hoc questions.
+ Create and submit expense reports; centrally track all expenses.
+ Create resume bundles, build interview schedules, print materials, create folders and day-of materials.
+ Manage candidates in the applicant tracking system for all covered events, including real-time status updates and accurate completion of data.
+ Complete additional projects and/or tasks to ensure the team can deliver results as needed.
Requirements
+ •Keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills
+ 2-3 years of similar experience
+ Recruiting and corporate event planning,
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Candidate should be outgoing, professional, and able to work well under pressure
+ Skills include familiarity with widely-used software packages e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Basic administrative experience such as maintaining files and records, typing, proofreading, answering telephone, coordinating conference room assignments, confirming appointments and/or maintaining calendars
