Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and support candidate screening for entry-level roles, ensuring alignment with company culture and job requirements.   Maintain job postings and requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with outlined processes.   Oversee new hire onboarding tasks, including sending welcome emails, tracking paperwork completion, and assisting with orientation sessions.   Utilize and troubleshoot the ATS, generating reports and analyzing recruiting metrics to support team operations.   Support recruiting logistics, including travel coordination for candidates and processing related invoices and payments.   Assist with team events, meetings, and special projects as needed, contributing to overall team engagement and efficiency. Skills and Requirements 1+ years of general office or business experience   Experience with Microsoft Office Products   Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in human resources or business preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
