Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite, Boston, MA)
Duration: 6-9 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30/hour

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a wide range of recruiting activities. As the face of the recruitment process for many candidates, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a positive and professional candidate experience from start to finish.

You'll support both campus and experienced hire recruiting efforts, work closely with hiring managers and recruiters, and provide administrative and logistical support throughout the hiring lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume interview scheduling across campus and experienced hire recruitingPost and advertise job openings, screen resumes, and support sourcing activitiesMaintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and generate recruiting reportsPrepare PowerPoint presentations and recruitment materials for campus visits and eventsSupport offer preparation and candidate communication throughout the hiring processCoordinate logistics for job fairs and college recruiting events, including attending when neededServe as a key point of contact for internal teams, candidates, and external partnersProvide general troubleshooting and support related to the ATS and scheduling toolsAssist with onboarding coordination and documentation post-offerContinuously identify and suggest improvements to streamline recruiting operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in a recruiting or HR support roleStrong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesComfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced settingProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) a plusDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamComfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
