Recruiting Coordinator
Rincon Consultants is seeking a **Recruiting Coordinator** to play a key role in supporting our People & Culture team by handling the details and logistics of the candidate lifecycle and onboarding process for those subsequently hired into the firm. This role is primarily responsible for interview scheduling, communication coordination, and operational onboarding support to ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for candidates and newly hired team members. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, service-oriented, and comfortable working in applicant tracking and scheduling systems to coordinate logistics across stakeholders and departments. While this role may offer flexible work arrangements that can include a mix of in-office and remote work, our changing business needs will ultimately determine our level of remote work flexibility. Additionally, to promote in-person collaboration and client teaming, we prioritize hiring those who reside within 50 miles of a Rincon office which currently includes: Carlsbad, Fresno, Los Angeles, Monterey, Oakland, Palm Springs, Riverside, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, San Diego, San Jose, Santa Barbara, and Ventura. **Recruiting Support:** + Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and locations for hiring managers and interviewers. + Act as the liaison between candidates, recruiting team, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless scheduling and communication process. + Send out interview confirmations, prep materials, and logistics to candidates and hiring team. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (JazzHR). + Assist in posting job requisitions to job boards. **Onboarding Support:** + Manage onboarding tasks including pre-hire paperwork, background checks, and compliance documentation. + Coordinate onboarding activities: prepare welcome emails, create calendar invites, and support IT and Administrative requests (e.g., equipment, access). + Set up and maintain digital personnel files and onboarding checklists for all new hires. + Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure all onboarding steps are completed on schedule. + Monitor onboarding workflows and proactively address delays or gaps in the process. + Support orientation sessions in coordination with our Engagement Specialist. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** + 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting, or administrative support role. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. + Technologically proficient with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and ATS platforms, particularly JazzHR. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. + A collaborative and service-oriented mindset. **Highly Preferred:** **  ** + Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. + Previous successful experience handling recruiting and onboarding duties to include professional service organizations. + Experience with electronic document management systems (e.g., DocuSign). The base salary range for this full-time position is $28.00–$32.00 per hour, plus a generous benefits program.
