**Job Title:** Recruiting Coordinator
**Location:** Onsite – Portsmouth, NH
**Job Type:** Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Join a fast-growing, people-focused organization! We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Recruiting Coordinator** to join a large manufacturer onsite and play a vital role in the talent acquisition efforts.
**Job Summary:**
Be part of a rapidly growing, people-centric organization **!** We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a large manufacturing team onsite and play a key role in driving talent acquisition success.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with various administrative tasks including drafting employee letters, processing change forms, and other HR related documentation
+ Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation
+ Provide support for both onsite and offsite recruiting events, job fairs, etc.
+ Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
+ Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline data
+ Support the recruiting team by entering new requisition requests, monitor approval status, and provide timely updates to recruiting Manager, hiring manager, recruiters, and HR team as needed
+ Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
+ Engage in continuous improvement projects / tasks
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years of experience in an HR, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition support role
+ Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude toward innovation and change
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
+ Data entry, reporting, and file management
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency
**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
