Beacon Hill is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a contract position supporting the North America Talent Acquisition team.
This role specializes in coordinating interviews, maintaining data integrity in the applicant tracking system, and supporting talent acquisition operations. The position involves high-volume scheduling, administrative support, and project work to improve recruiting processes. This is a hybrid opportunity with up to 15% travel.
Daily Duties:
* Coordinate interviews and logistics between hiring managers and candidates using Outlook and Microsoft Bookings
* Support the recruiter with sourcing, resume screening, and campus recruiting event planning
* Maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system and troubleshoot user issues
* Monitor shared Talent Acquisition inbox and assist applicants with system navigation
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, admin teams, and hiring managers
* Identify workflow gaps and suggest process improvements
* Audit hiring trackers for accuracy using Excel
* Support special projects like updating recruitment materials and documentation
* Partner with HR Operations to support onboarding and deliver a strong candidate experience
* Provide administrative and project support to the broader recruitment team
Ideal Candidate:
* 1-4 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional, tactful, and patient
* Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
* Strong Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint, Teams
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic employment regulations
* Experience with Visio and pulling/analyzing data preferred
* Adaptable to change and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a service-minded approach
* Strong analytical thinker with a proactive mindset and solutions orientation
* Must be comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines
