Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join a dynamic team in the financial services industry in Chicago, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play an integral role in supporting recruitment efforts, ensuring smooth processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to attract top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is strictly requiring Greenhouse experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assist recruiters in managing candidate disposition processes and auditing job requisitions to ensure accuracy.
• Review disclosure questions and oversee the progress of background checks in collaboration with compliance teams.
• Schedule candidate feedback sessions and participate in discussions alongside recruiters when required.
• Communicate next steps and final feedback to third-party staffing firms to facilitate the hiring process.
• Initiate and manage background checks through designated vendors, including handling pre- and post-adverse action procedures.
• Send onboarding notifications to relevant parties to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
• Maintain master login credentials for job boards and university career service platforms.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters focused on private wealth management, strategic resources, and investment management to meet hiring goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment within a global HR team of nearly 2,000 employees.
• Support the team's efforts to attract and secure top-tier talent in investment management, private banking, and strategic resources.
Requirements
• Candidates must have a bachelor degree with at least a 3.2 GPA
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or corporate recruitment.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and interview facilitation.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and coordinate interviews and feedback sessions.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and related processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus.
