+ **Contract Type:** Temp
+ **Pay:** $30.89 / HR
+ **Shift/Hours:** Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
**Essential Duties:**
· Support recruiters in building strong, dynamic teams and collaborate across departments as needed.
· Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting-related events.
· Be well-versed in company operations and serve as a go-to resource for HR-related questions (e.g., benefits, compensation).
· Run reports on at least a weekly basis, including some ad hoc reporting.
· Represent the company and spread positive brand awareness by attending networking events, virtual meetups, etc.
· Work closely with the recruitment team to enhance existing programs and develop innovative strategies for attracting top talent.
**Basic Qualifications:**
· At a minimum, you’ll need:
o 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· It’d be great if you also have:
o Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
o Strong calendar management and scheduling skills using tools like Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
o Comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets); ability to generate and interpret reports.
o Familiarity with HR systems and basic knowledge of benefits and compensation is a plus.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
o High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
o Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about team collaboration and company culture.

**Pay Details:** $30.89 per hour
