Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our entertainment client. This contract to hire position offers an exciting opportunity to support three Talent Acquisition Executives. The ideal candidate has Workday experience and strong Outlook skills for scheduling. This is onsite three days a week.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings for candidates and hiring managers.
• Respond to inquiries from applicants and candidates regarding the recruitment process.
• Utilize HR systems to track and manage candidate information effectively.
• Conduct reference checks to ensure candidate suitability for roles.
• Create and post clear and engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.
• Support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports to support HR projects and strategies.
• Process new hires through the Workday system accurately and efficiently.
• Undertake special HR projects as assigned to support organizational goals.
Requirements • Previous experience in human resources administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Workday, for tracking and managing HR data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume candidate management.
• Experience conducting background checks and reference verifications.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. TalentMatch®
