As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be an essential partner in managing recruiting activities and creating positive candidate relationships. Often, you'll provide candidates with their first impression of Amazon. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams, external clients, and candidates while helping build our organization of talented individuals. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule interviews and phone screens, coordinating directly with candidates and hiring managers • Manage candidate travel arrangements when required • Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems • Provide timely recruiting status updates to candidates via phone and email • Track recruiting activities and generate weekly status reports • Coordinate and facilitate post-interview debrief meetings, including preparation of materials • Identify and implement process improvements for candidate experience and scheduling efficiency • Support additional recruiting initiatives as needed The role offers significant opportunity for growth within Amazon's recruiting organization. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $85,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
