As the Recruiting Assistant, you will provide support related to various Recruiting and Employee Relations Department functions.

Post open positions to ATS, job boards, college websites and social media, as directedReview, upload, and post job descriptions, as neededUpdate and send out weekly, monthly and quarterly recruiting emails and reportsGenerate, update, audit and maintain recruiting spreadsheets with accuracyTrack and complete end of month recruiting expense reports and credit card statementAssist with updating, assembling and sending out Internship and Trainee training materialsBecome familiar with Operational roles to understand job functions of open positionsAssist with responding to Recruiting/HR emails and phone callsLearn iCIMS processes to execute Hiring Manager requests within the iCIMS platformUpdate Company profile on Glassdoor, Linked In, Handshake and other websites as neededSave and track items submitted from Interns, Management Trainees and career fairsAssist with recruiting at virtual career fairsRun and update daily recruiting spreadsheets for open interviewsSend out weekly email and text message campaigns to applicant leadsAssist with open interviewsSend monthly data to Recruiting Manager on usage of Text Recruit softwareEstablish contact with local colleges and universities to recruiting future candidatesAssist members of the Employee Relations Department with running and auditing reports, meeting preparation, announcements, etc.Assist with other recruiting tasks and projects as neededDocument processes and procedures of job functionsCommunicate with internal and external customers in a professional and positive mannerMaintain a positive and professional attitudeContinuously improve processes Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2 years of recruiting experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsComfortable making decisions independentlyProficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Benefits Stable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payQuick advancementProfessional, positive, and people-centered work environmentModern facilitiesComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days
