If you're passionate about working with people, driven by continuous improvement, and excited to be part of our journey, then our Recruiting Team is the place for you! **Tasks & responsibilities** • As a Recruiter you know your business by heart: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from aligning with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on requisitions to successfully hiring the right candidate. • You align the appropriate search strategy and take care of texting as well as publishing the job ads at the internal and external job boards, as appropriate. • The active identification and contacting of candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening of incoming applications, conducting interviews with the candidates as well as the final negotiation of the contractual conditions are part of your daily job. • You are also accountable to answer inquiries from candidates by phone and e-mail using our case management system. • You might work on projects and in the environment where we constantly strive for continuous improvements and use targets to measure the service quality. **About our future employee** We are looking for a person with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
