Recruiter with German
As a Recruiter with German, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for German-speaking roles across various Capita projects. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, process improvement, and international collaboration.

This is a secondment/fixed term contract role for 1 year due to maternity cover.

What you will be doing:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offeringBuilding and maintain candidate pipelines for German-speaking rolesConducting phone interviews and assess candidate fitCoordinating interviews, assessments, and language testingMaintaining accurate candidate records in WorkdayProviding timely and professional communication to all candidatesCollaborating with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needsRepresenting Capita at job fairs and networking events

What you need to succeed:

Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+)Preferably previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales in a multilingual environmentExperience with volume hiring and language-based recruitment - good to have but not mandatoryFamiliarity with ATS systems (e.g. Workday) - good to have but not mandatoryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and prioritiesProactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
