Concentrix is seeking a talented Recruiter who ensures staffing needs are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet our dynamic business objectives. Please note, this is a 6 Month FTC to support Growth in Country – opportunity to expand on this may be available!

Key Responsibilities:

Screen & Select: Manage incoming resumes, conduct comprehensive screenings, and facilitate interviews to identify top candidates.Collaborate & Advise: Work closely with hiring managers to recommend candidates and negotiate competitive compensation packages.Build & Leverage Networks: Utilize various resources, including internet, community organizations, and more to source qualified candidates.Maintain Excellence: Ensure accurate records and compliance with recruitment standards and regulations.Promote Our Brand: Represent Concentrix with integrity and professionalism, showcasing our brand to candidates and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills in English; a secondary language is a plus.Experience & Education: Minimum two years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree preferred.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS and HRIS tools.Adaptable & Resilient: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to develop strong professional relationships.French and English Fluency
